Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a dependable team member to support tax interviews by accurately entering client and W-2 information into the tax software. You will help assemble tax returns, secure signatures, and review results with clients to ensure accuracy.

You will also contribute to closing interviews, maintain bookkeeping steps, and uphold superior service for all clients in a fast-paced, client‑focused environment. Strong communication and basic Windows skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
• Additional state and local requirements may apply
