H&R Block, Inc. seeks a team member in Bellefonte to support client tax interviews. You will enter client and W-2 data into the tax program and help begin the interview process.

You will assemble tax returns, obtain signatures, review the finished product with clients, and perform bookkeeping tasks while delivering superior service and clear communication.

Qualificações

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program during the tax interview.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, review with client, and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.
• All other duties as assigned.

Your Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview

• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone

• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs

• Additional state and local requirements may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
