Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a front-line team member to assist with the initial tax interview by entering client and W-2 information, and to help close interviews with assemblies, signatures, and reviews. You will also ensure superior service for all clients and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
