H&R Block, Inc. is looking for a team member in Claremore, OK to assist with the tax interview process, entering client and W-2 data, and assembling returns. You will ensure high-quality service and help with closing the interview and related bookkeeping steps.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, effective communication with clients by phone and in person, and adhering to state and local requirements. Franchised offices may have specific processes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
