• Have in-depth understanding of state and federal tax codes.
• Prepare individual and business tax returns accurately and on time.
• Provide tax planning and strategy support alongside financial advisors.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations.
• Familiarity with tax prep software (we use Drake).
• Have or attain the EA or CPA.
