Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a team member to support the tax interview process, entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and helping to assemble returns. You’ll review the finished product with clients and complete bookkeeping procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will provide superior service to all clients, communicate effectively in person and on the phone, and perform any other duties as assigned in a fast-paced retail environment during tax season.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program during the tax interview.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, and review the finished product with the client.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
