H&R Block, Inc. in Steamboat Springs, CO is seeking an entry-level associate to support tax interviews, input client and W-2 data, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and ensure superior client service. The role offers flexible seasonal and part-time schedules with paid training.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone. Some experience with Windows-based software is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
