Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Minnesota (Little Falls) is seeking a role to assist with the tax interview process, entering client and W-2 data into the tax software and helping assemble returns.

You will close interviews by gathering signatures, reviewing the completed return with clients, and completing bookkeeping tasks while ensuring superior service for all clients. This position supports franchise office operations and may involve other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and perform basic math to complete tax interview.
• Effective in-person and phone communication.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
