Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist at the start of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and completing bookkeeping.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
