Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience within accounting, tax, or professional services.
• Experience managing workflows, priorities, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with practice management software; Canopy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team workload, deadlines, and file status using workflow management systems.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact client service or deadlines.
• Lead regular check-ins with CPAs to keep projects moving and remove obstacles.
• Manage client service escalations and oversee issue resolution from start to finish.
• Provide partners with ongoing updates on workflow, performance metrics, and team capacity.
