Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Gift Planning Attorney to advise donors, families, and professional advisors on charitable giving strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and complex gift structures that support philanthropy. This role can be fully remote or report to the Metro-Atlanta office.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in income tax, partnership tax, or corporate tax and can communicate complex concepts in a practical, client-focused manner.

This role focuses on advising donors, families, and professional advisors on charitable giving strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and complex gift structures that support impactful philanthropy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in one of the following, income tax, partnership tax, or corporate tax with a strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a practical, client-focused manner. This role can be fully remote or report to the Metro-Atlanta office.
