Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Gift Planning Attorney to join its team. The role advises donors, families and professional advisors on charitable giving strategies, tax planning, estate planning and complex gift structures that support philanthropy. The ideal candidate has deep experience in income, partnership, or corporate tax and can explain complex concepts in plain language.

This position can be fully remote or report to the Metro-Atlanta office.

Qualifications

• Experience in income tax, partnership tax or corporate tax.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients.
• Attorney licensed to practice in relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Advise donors, families and professional advisors on charitable giving strategies.
• Provide tax and estate planning guidance for complex gift structures.
• Collaborate with development teams and clients to implement philanthropic plans.
