LeoForce is seeking a dynamic Tax Partner to lead client engagements, oversee tax compliance, and drive strategic tax planning for a diverse client base. This role offers relocation assistance and potential equity opportunities.

The candidate should have CPA or equivalent certification, 5+ years in a senior tax role, and strong leadership and business development capabilities to manage a multi-office tax practice.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior tax role in public accounting or consulting.
  • Proven track record in business development and client management.
  • Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax law, and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation and review of tax returns.
  • Strong experience in tax advisory, business tax planning, and tax consulting.
  • Excellent tax research skills and ability to stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • CPA or other relevant professional tax certification is required.

Responsibilities

Salary: $200,000 - $450,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Oversee 100% review of tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • 2. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to a diverse client base, including corporations, partnerships, and businesses.
  • 3. Manage client relationships, deliver excellent client service, and expand our client base through business development activities.
  • 4. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and conduct tax research to provide insightful tax advice to clients.
  • 5. Lead and manage the tax team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • 6. Collaborate with other partners to identify opportunities for new business and growth.
  • 7. Ensure the firm's tax accounting practices are in line with industry standards and regulations.
  • 8. Assist clients with tax compliance, tax preparation, and other tax-related issues.
  • 9. Develop and implement effective business tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client profits.
