Lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory engagements, mentor staff, and help shape firm strategy while enjoying a hybrid, flexible culture and a high quality of life in Spokane.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Active CPA license required.
• Expertise in middle-market pass-through entities, corporate tax, and private client tax planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and lead teams.
• Experience with S-Corps, Partnerships, Estates, Trusts, and HNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary tax advisor for closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Lead complex tax planning, compliance, and advisory engagements across S-Corps, Partnerships, Estates, Trusts, and HNW private clients.
• Mentor and develop team members while cultivating strong regional business relationships throughout Greater Spokane and Eastern Washington.
