Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree (JD, LLM, MBA or MST) preferred.
• 12+ years of tax experience with a focus on M&A transactions.
• Strong US federal tax knowledge and deal structuring experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with business objectives to optimize tax efficiency.
• Provide expert advice on federal income tax issues, including structuring and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering collaboration and development.
• Oversee tax aspects of M&A transactions and post-merger integration.
