Our client premier CPA firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Partner with specialized expertise in individual, high net worth, and ultra high net worth taxation.

The ideal candidate will be a CPA with over 10 years of public accounting experience and a proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax engagements for individual clients, high net worth individuals, and ultra high net worth individuals.
• Provide strategic tax planning and compliance services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing proactive tax advice.
• Supervise and mentor tax professionals within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to drive business development initiatives and expand the firm's client base.
• Represent the firm in professional and networking events, enhancing the firm's reputation and visibility in the industry.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a focus on individual, high net worth, and ultra high net worth taxation.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of individual and wealth management taxation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, combining remote and in-office work in the NYC Metro area.
