Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax engagements for partnership, corporate, and individual clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor delivering high-quality technical guidance and tax planning.
• Support and develop managers and staff through coaching and leadership.
• Expand the practice by leveraging relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to enhance service offerings and client experience.
• Provide oversight on complex partnership tax matters, including RECON experience (a plus).
