Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience in tax, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with tax or financial data entry and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills (SUM, VLOOKUP) and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax-related schedules and reports.
• Maintain tax software and data files; generate analytic reports.
• Assist with Tax Department budget and monitor variances.
• Process invoices; match to statements of work.
• Prepare and submit expense reports for Tax Department.
• Coordinate with Security, IT, Facilities and external consultants.
