Qualifications

• Ability to work nights and weekends during the months of Jan to April (tax season).
• Knowledge of IRS Chapter 3 & 4 NRA and FATCA regulations is required.
• Familiarity with client account classifications and tax document requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist Financial Advisors via MSSN/PSN calls and Case Management tickets.
• Review Year End Processing, Mass corrections, IRS Files, Reclasses.
• Process daily reconciliation and ad hoc break report reviews.
• Create and review audit procedure documentation.
