Mercedes-Benz North America Corporation is seeking a Tax Business Operations Specialist to manage cross-functional tax initiatives, governance, and executive support for the VP of Tax/COO. You will coordinate programs across MBNA, MBUSA, MBUSI, and regional tax teams, ensuring timely delivery and strong governance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and proven PM experience, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to navigate a complex, multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional, cross-regional initiatives across MBNA entities and partners.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations for the VP of Tax/COO and senior leadership.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage records, licenses, tax documentation, and reporting to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate tax-related audits, property tax, entity transactions, relocations and other strategic projects.
• Provide executive support to the VP of Tax including calendar management, travel and expenses.
