Randstad USA seeks a Tax Operations Specialist to support the integrity of tax statements for high-net-worth and institutional accounts. You will validate data, audit tax forms, and research discrepancies to ensure accurate IRS, Puerto Rico, and state submissions.

This role emphasizes data validation, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance, with a weekday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM and seasonal overtime during peak tax cycles.

Qualifications

• High-volume data reconciliation and analytical problem-solving experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and fast, accurate data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak tax production cycles (Jan–Apr).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual tax reports against the main database.
• Audit and troubleshoot tax reporting statements before submission.
• Research and respond to complex tax inquiries from branches.
• Support core team workflow and meet regulatory deadlines.
