TaxWallet Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to keep the tax filing workflow smooth during peak season.

You will monitor filing statuses, acknowledgements, and disbursements across offices, triage rejections and edge cases, and help transform recurring issues into improvements for our product and processes. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in tax prep or e-file operations, familiarity with IRS e-file workflows, and a calm, deadline-driven work style.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in tax prep, e-file operations, or bank products.
• Calm, detail-obsessed, and organized under deadline pressure.
• Familiarity with IRS e-file workflows is a strong plus.
