Responsibilities

• Process transactions/tasks within coverage area
• Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
• Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
• Research and update transactions on the assigned data quality daily control reports.
• Develop knowledge of tools, firm systems, and software.
• Contribute to projects within team related to 1099 preparation.
