KBW Financial Staffing is partnering with a well-established wealth management firm in Beverly, MA to recruit a Tax Manager for a permanent, hybrid role. The position targets tax professionals coming from public accounting who want to transition into a wealth management environment while servicing sophisticated, high-net-worth clients.

You will own a portfolio, work directly with clients and advisors, and provide year-round tax planning and advisory services with a focus on tax strategies and

Formación

• 4–5+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals preferred.
• Strong understanding of individual and related entity taxation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• CPA or EA preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and related tax returns.
• Oversee preparation and review of individual, fiduciary, partnership, and other entity tax returns.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and their outside advisors.
• Provide year-round tax planning and advisory services.
• Advise clients on estimated tax payments, tax strategies and planning opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tax matters.
