This is not your typical accounting firm - they work exclusively on the higher end of accounting with zero bookkeeping or payroll tax work. Their audit department being their bread and butter- specializing in PCAOB-compliant audits for public companies. Notable clientele, with frequent international engagements.
They also guide clients through the public offering process and handle M&A due diligence and deal negotiations, primarily on the buyer side.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local tax laws. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in both public accounting and private companies, with a deep understanding of corporate tax, state and local tax, corporations, S corporations, partnerships, tax exempt, and individuals.
