Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in tax preparation.
• CPA license or eligible required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns; prepare highly complex returns as needed.
• Foster and develop meaningful client relationships, addressing tax issues and coordinating related filings.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members;conduct regular performance reviews.
• Review accounting procedures to support tax preparation and ensure accuracy.
• Research and document complex tax issues, providing guidance and solutions.
• Communicate tax planning solutions with clients and other professionals involved in the client relationship.
