Rea, a growing Top 100 business advisory and accounting firm, is seeking a Tax Manager for its Medina or Independence Ohio offices. You will lead a team of tax professionals, advise clients on federal and state tax implications, and drive compliance and planning efforts.

You'll develop client relationships, oversee engagements, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to deliver value-added tax consulting, research, and strategic planning while expanding business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Experience with federal tax compliance and tax research.
