Caliber Recruiting Group has been retained by a locally owned CPA firm in Scottsdale to hire a Tax Manager as the team expands.

You will prepare and review tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps and individuals, mentor junior staff, and work across construction, real estate and financial industries.

Eligible candidates include EA or CPA-eligible tax professionals; the role offers a $125,000–$155,000 salary, strong PTO, holidays, benefits and 401(k) options.

Qualifikationen

• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, and Individuals.
• Proficient with multiple tax preparation software programs.
• Experience across industries such as construction, real estate, and financial services.

Our recruiting office has been retained by a new locally owned and regional CPA firm for hiring a new Tax Manager due to the team growing.

Job Duties, Role Requirements:

• Prep some and review (mostly) for S-Corps, C-Corps, Individuals in the local business area and HNW accounts
• Work with multiple Tax prep software programs
• Have experience in multiple industries for tax ie: construction, real estate, financial
• Mentor and work with junior tax personnel to assist in tax returns
• Be an EA or a CPA eligible tax associate / senior tax associate (or in process if possible)

Pay and Benefits:

• $125,000-$155,000 annual salary
