Job summary

Caliber Recruiting Group is representing a locally owned CPA firm in the Las Vegas area for a Tax Manager role. The candidate will prepare and review tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, and individuals, with advisory work for high net worth clients.

The role requires EA or CPA eligibility or active pursuit, strong knowledge of tax software (CCH, UltraTax), and collaboration with a growing team across industries. Compensation packages include competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps and individuals.
• Proficient with multiple industries in tax (construction, real estate, financial).
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading a team.
• EA or CPA eligible tax associate/senior tax associate (or in process).

Our recruiting office has been retained by a new locally owned and regional CPA firm in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and is hiring a new Tax Manager due to their team growing.

Job Duties, Role Requirements:

• Prep a small percentage, and review (mostly) for individual tax returns advisory services for those clients owning S-Corps, C-Corps, Individuals in the local business area and HNW accounts 1040, 1065, 1120-S, 1120
• Work with multiple Tax prep software programs- CCH, Ultra Tax
• Have experience in multiple industries for tax - construction, real estate, financial
• Mentor and work with junior tax personnel as well
• Be an EA or a CPA eligible tax associate / senior tax associate (or in process if possible)
