Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 4–6+ years of direct tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Hands-on partnership tax experience with Form 1065 responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state income tax compliance.
• Experience coordinating filings with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal, state, and other tax compliance for a complex real estate group.
• Oversee third-party tax preparers and review outsourced work for accuracy.
• Coordinate partnership tax filings and Form 1065 calculations.
• Advise leadership on tax planning and business impacts.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance to ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain documentation and safeguard confidential information.
