Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Tax Manager for Private Equity to join our fully remote team. You'll lead complex tax engagements for PE funds, real estate, and alternative investments, leveraging deep public accounting experience to deliver strategic tax advice.

The role requires strong knowledge of 743b adjustments, 704c, and CPA credentials, with 7+ years in public accounting. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with Private Equity Funds, Real Estate, REIT, or other alternative investments.
• Experience with 743b adjustments and 704c.
• Experience with a variety of automated systems and AI tools.
• CPA certification is required.
