Job summary

Armanino seeks a tax professional for its Los Angeles office to review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, and to identify planning opportunities for clients across industries.

The role includes leading and mentoring staff, collaborating with partners, and helping develop new service delivery approaches. A CPA and 4+ years of US tax experience are required; a master’s in taxation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 4 years of US tax consulting/compliance experience in public accounting.
• CPA or equivalent credential required.
• Experience with a variety of entity types; partnerships preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a managerial role involving clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations.
• Identify key planning opportunities and develop tax strategies that align with client needs.
• Assist in identifying and promoting new delivery capabilities and channels to satisfy evolving market requirements.
• Manage teams to ensure engagement profitability and mentor staff and seniors.
