Caliber Recruiting Group partners with a top accounting, tax, and advisory firm in Orlando, FL to add an experienced Tax Manager to its team.

The role entails leading tax planning, prep and review for diverse clients, supervising junior staff, and building long-term client relationships. A hybrid work arrangement is available to accommodate flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of tax prep and review experience across entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent).
• Masters in tax or accounting preferred.
• CPA is not required but CPA eligible; exam soon ideal.
• Strong tax skills, organization, and analytical mindset.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with the management staff to work with an assigned group of clients across multiple industries
• Advise clients on multiple tax issues, planning, research and compliance
• Prep and review tax returns for multiple entities including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts
• Work with key clients for business advisory and tax decisions
• Supervise and train junior tax personnel
• Help when needed for local business events networking and fostering relationships

One of our well known and top rated accounting, tax, and advisory firms has partnered with our team to find an experienced Tax Manager in Orlando, FL for a top rated and well known regionally based CPA firm.

This firm works with many local area business clients, as well as high profile high net worth personal clients for a variety of tax and advisory needs.

Position Summary and Duties:

• Work independently and with the management staff to work with an assigned group of clients across multiple industries

Pay and benefits:

• $125,000-$165,000 salary per year, could flex some with ideal experience
