Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP in Indianapolis seeks a Tax Manager with strong Partnership and S-Corp tax experience. You will manage client tax compliance, lead engagement teams, and mentor junior staff while serving as the primary client contact. CPA with active license and several years in public accounting, including management experience, is required.

You’ll work closely with clients to anticipate tax planning opportunities and deliver timely, accurate results in a fast-paced firm environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Masters preferred.
• Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in public accounting with a minimum of 2 years' managerial experience.
• Demonstrated background in working with Partnerships.
• Strong understanding of clients' businesses and industries.

Responsibilities

• Management of Partnership tax engagements and providing knowledgeable review of complex Partnership and S-Corp income tax returns.
• Leading and developing both U.S. and international tax associates and seniors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrating superior client service skills.
