Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a Master's is preferred.
• CPA license is required.
• Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with partnerships and partnership tax engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partnership tax engagements and review complex partnership and S-Corp returns.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify planning opportunities and potential tax issues for clients.
• Lead, train, and develop U.S. and international tax staff and seniors.
• Support engagement teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong client service.
