Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Tax Manager to help a growing CPA firm move toward a partner track after a recent merger. The role requires an active CPA, 7+ years in tax and accounting, and strong management and communication skills.

Responsibilities include prep/review of returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041), staff supervision, and building client relationships across industries the firm serves, including professional services and real estate.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in tax and accounting with management.
• Active CPA license (EA acceptable) and willing to lead reviews.
• Experience with tax prep and review across forms.
• Generalist with diverse industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements and supervise staff on multiple accounts.
• Prepare and review returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041).
• Build and maintain client relationships across industries.
• Assist in strategic planning toward partner track.
