Job summary

gpac is helping a stable, aggressive CPA firm in Arkansas seek a Tax Manager to join a team of motivated staff. The Tax Manager will lead light preparation of complex returns, review tax returns, mentor staff, and develop strong client relationships, contributing to growth and day-one impact.

Qualified candidates have a BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA or EA, and at least 5 years in public accounting. Expect >40 hours during busy season and a strong emphasis on ethics and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
• CPA or EA required
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in public accounting
• Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
• Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
