Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) in Northern Colorado seeks a tax professional at the Manager level to manage a portfolio of business clients and their owners. You will handle pass-through returns (S-corps and partnerships), provide year-round planning guidance, and help the firm implement AI tools to speed up returns preparation and review.

You will review the work of junior team members and collaborate with clients across energy, agriculture, real estate, and skilled-trades sectors.

Qualifications

• CPA or EA required.
• Solid pass-through return experience with S-corps (1120-s) and partnerships (1065) is essential.
• Tax compliance, planning, and return experience needed.
• Experience with AI tools or AI system integration is preferred.

A respected Northern Colorado public accounting practice wants a tax professional to manage a portfolio of business clients and their owners. You will handle pass-through entity returns (S-corps and partnerships), provide year-round planning guidance, and help the firm implement, integrate, and use AI tools that speed up how returns get prepared and reviewed. Clients include energy, agriculture, real estate, and skilled-trades businesses. At the Manager level you will also review the work of junior team members.
