Job summary

CLA is seeking a Tax Manager or Director to join our growing AFB practice in California. The role focuses on consulting with clients on tax planning and business processes, leading engagements, and developing junior staff. A CPA is required for the Tax Manager role, with JD/EA considered for the Director position.

Agribusiness and food & beverage experience is preferred. CLA emphasizes collaboration, career growth, and competitive compensation in a CA market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA certification.
• For Tax Director, JD or EA may be accepted in lieu of CPA.

• Agribusiness, food and beverage industry experience preferred.

The compensation range for this position in CA is $112,700.00 - $190,000.00 Annual
