CLA is looking to hire Tax Manager or Director for our growing Florida Tax practice. Locations include Orlando, Fort Meyers, Naples, Tampa, and Lakeland.

As Our Ideal Candidate, you will lead engagements, mentor teams, and deliver sophisticated tax solutions for clients across these vibrant Florida markets. This role offers a path to leadership within CLA's dynamic tax practice.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• 8+ years experience highly preferred.
• Active CPA certification required; a JD or EA may be accepted in place of CPA.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people.
• Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
• Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement.
• Review complex individual and business tax returns.

About The Role

As a Tax Director/Manager You Will
