CLA is seeking a Tax Director/Manager to strengthen our Florida Tax practice with locations in Orlando, Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, and Lakeland. The role focuses on client advisory, tax planning, and leading complex engagements for partnerships and S-corps.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in large firms, CPA certification (JD/EA may be considered), and a proven track record of developing teams and delivering results for diverse clients. Equal opportunity employer.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

About The Role

CLA is looking to hire Tax Manager or Director for our growing Florida Tax practice. Locations include Orlando, Fort Meyers, Naples, Tampa, and Lakeland.

As a Tax Director/Manager You Will

• Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.

As Our Ideal Candidate

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management.
• 8+ years experience highly preferred.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• You have an active CPA certification. A JD or EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.
