The role trains and mentors staff, coordinates workflows and deadlines, and serves as principal client contact. Candidates should have CPA, a bachelor’s in accounting (masters preferred), and at least 5 years in public accounting with 2 years of managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• Must be CPA certified with an active license.
• Minimum 5 years in public accounting and 2 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of pass-through entities (partnerships, LLCs, S-Corps).

Responsibilities

• Manage tax engagements for middle-market clients in various industries.
• Review complex individual and partnership returns with accuracy.
• Lead tax staff and seniors in a fast-paced environment and mentor juniors.
• Coordinate client communications, deadlines, and deliverables.
