Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a senior tax professional to lead mid-size engagements, supervise staff, and coordinate with partners. The role requires strong technical knowledge in accounting and tax, client relationship management, and the ability to research complex issues and prepare advanced returns.

The ideal candidate will have CPA certification (active) and Enrolled Agent designation, with 5+ years of public accounting experience and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with preference in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA certification is required.
• Enrolled Agent designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple engagements with minimal changes on review.
• Supervise staff and provide mentorship and training.
• Communicate with Partners on engagement status and client issues.
• Perform complex tax research and prepare advanced tax returns.

Education
