Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• Master of Taxation or equivalent preferred.
• Five or more years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Five or more years of tax experience, including individual and business returns, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements and provide proactive planning and advisory services.
• Manage client relationships and mentor developing professionals.
• Oversee multiple engagements and ensure timely delivery.
• Review, approve, and sign tax returns with compliance and accuracy.
• Provide tax strategy and advisory on entity structuring and planning.
• Communicate clearly with clients, anticipating needs and recommendations.
• Coach and develop team members to foster growth and leadership.
• Stay current with changing tax laws and regulatory requirements.
