Qualifications

• Manage portfolio of tax clients including individuals, partnerships, and closely held businesses.
• Review federal, state, and local returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Research complex tax issues and provide proactive planning and advisory recommendations.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff and seniors with timely feedback.
• Manage engagement budgets, workflow, deadlines, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
• Partner with firm leadership to identify cross-service opportunities and support business development.
• Stay current on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and internal teams.
• Assist with IRS and state notices, examinations, and related correspondence.
