Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing national firm in Boston, MA.

This partner-track position emphasizes expertise in individual and fiduciary taxation as well as estate and gift tax, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service. You will manage multiple engagements, review complex returns, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners on client management and business development.

Qualifications

• Masters in Taxation degree required.
• CPA certification with 6+ years of tax experience.
• Strong tax technical skills and knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in individual and fiduciary taxation and estate/gift tax.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to provide tax planning, consulting and compliance services in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage and drive the success of multiple engagements in all facets of individual taxation.
• Provide primary and secondary review of complex tax returns for individual and fiduciary clients.
• Work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure client satisfaction through open communication and tax-saving strategies.
• Collaborate with partners and staff on client management and business development activities.
• Manage, develop, train and mentor staff including performance and engagement reviews.
