Meaden & Moore, a leading accounting and advisory firm in Northeast Ohio, seeks a Tax Manager to oversee client engagements and supervise staff. The role emphasizes delivering tax services with client relationship development across Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster. A hybrid work environment is offered.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of tax experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. CPA is preferred but not required; advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 5 to 7 years of related experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of client engagements for tax services.
