Job summary

Meaden & Moore in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster) is seeking a Tax Manager to lead client engagements and supervise staff. The role focuses on managing day-to-day progress, expanding responsibilities, and developing client relationships in a growing firm.

The ideal candidate has 5−7 years of tax experience, strong communication skills, and a CPA is preferred but not required. A advanced degree is welcomed, and a hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 5–7 years of related tax experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite and basic OS knowledge.
• Aptitude in research/analysis, relationship-building and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of client engagements for tax services.
• Supervise staff and direct day-to-day progress of engagements.
• Develop client relationships and expand responsibilities gradually.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality tax solutions.
