The position is hybrid (in-office during tax season, 1 day WFH off-season) with base pay $100,000–$120,000 plus up to 10% bonus, and employer-paid health premiums. Cincinnati-based opportunity with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Experience reviewing business and high-net-worth individual tax returns.
• Tax research experience.
• Background from either a large firm or a small-to-mid-size public accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review business and individual tax returns.
• Conduct tax research on technical issues.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates.
• Receive and work with output from CAS group (no direct bookkeeping).
• Perform tax filings across business and individual returns.
• No audit or assurance work; tax-only role.
• CCH Axcess Tax usage.
