Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its Cincinnati, OH team. This role focuses on leading tax engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering strategic tax guidance within a collaborative public accounting environment.

The ideal candidate has a CPA license (preferred) and 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, with strong skills in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and staying current with tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local taxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and consulting engagements for a variety of clients.
• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to individuals and businesses.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding tax strategies, compliance, and planning opportunities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Tax Seniors and Staff.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and provide additional services.
• Stay current on changes in federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, and other service lines to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
